Run the bath and test the water - the hotter the better but be careful not to scald yourself!

Measure 32.5mls from the bottle into the container and pour into the bath. (It is approximately 8 capfuls).

Soak in the bath completely immersed but with head out of the water for 25 minutes.

CAUTION - when getting out of the bath after soaking in hot water, it is quite normal to feel faint
until normal body temperature is regained. We advise about 30 minutes quiet rest after treatment.
WARNING - Not to be used by anyone suffering from high blood pressure, fainting fits or heart problems of any kind.
